The Blend Event

Get ready for a good time in the world of exclusive whisky. At The Blend, you’ll discover the fascinating world of Scotch whisky. Experience the unique craft of whisky blending and prepare one sample of your own blend for your enjoyment. You’ll deepen your knowledge of the production and history of Scotland’s famous blended and singlemalt whiskies, as well as learn many interesting facts and news from a true expert.

The Blend is an educational-tasting program led by Zdeněk Kortiš, one of the biggest Czech whisky connoisseurs and collectors, the operator of a renowned bar in Olomouc and a whisky ambassador and lecturer of Pernod Ricard.

During the two-hour programme, you will learn about the story of Scotch whisky, find out interesting information about the history, production and portfolio of Chivas Regal and The Glenlivet. You’ll taste a variety of whiskies, including grain or smoked whiskies, from Scotland’s four main regions. You’ll then put it all into practice by blending a selection of whiskies into an original blended whisky sample to take home.
